Compared to the old park at Lake Powell this place rates a twenty. Great roads, great cement pads, great access in and out and spectacular views of the lake. Wireless was solid, water pressure a bit high but plenty of volume even through the regulator. The sewer connection is elevated so you need to compensate for the cement curb or you might get a mess like our neighbors did. The pull through sites are long to allow for rigs with boat trailers. Nice tables and BBQs at each site. Same old lack of signage problems though. You would think that a Federal park would have the common sense to have clear (or any) signage. Not the park's fault but it is irritating to say the least.

First, this park is not in Coeur d’ Alene it is off of exit 22 on I-90 about 10 miles east. It is a former KOA so your GPS info for KOA Coeur d’ Alene is correct. It is a very crowded park with narrow roads and narrower sites. The sites are stepped so you are looking in the window of your neighbor. The two RV’s next to us both had slides and had to stagger some just to open their slides. We only had about 5’ of room from our front door and not much on the other side. Wi-Fi is intermittent, slow and when someone cannot connect they reboot the system knocking everyone off. There is no dog walk: they want you to walk them on the county road outside their property. They have an extremely tough refund policy allowing you one hour to leave or you pay for your reserved days. We would not stay here again period. BTW: if you are considering renting one of their speedboats, pull out $500.00!!

Nice Park. There is a little road noise due to the proximity to the interstate but not bad. The overnight pull through sites are narrow but, as the owner explained they are intended for overnighters so he maximized the number of spaces to accommodate demand. When checking in I was asked the year of our 5th wheel. When I asked why, they explained that they wanted newer rigs up top because some spaces were for sale and they wanted curb appeal. Fair enough, it is their park and I could see the point. The owners are nice and helped spot me while backing into our site. The lower sites looked to be level and actually had a nice view of the small river and are removed from any road noise. Wireless is fast and solid as were power and water pressure. The dump connections did not have caps which was a bit strange. Nice grass on each side of the back in sites and they are plenty long and wide. The sites on top have cement pads that are dead on level. Nice dog run and we were allowed to have our beagles off of the leashes while we were outside with them. We will stay here again whenever visiting Park City.

We only stayed overnight but what a nice RV park. Owners are relatively new and are enthusiastic and keep a neat, clean park. Level sites, good access and in a quiet area. The river runs right through the property and there is good fishing from the banks. Too bad we were only there for a night. We'll be back when we head north again.

Pretty interesting RV park. It is more of a resort and has a golf course, river access, camping areas and is close to a small ski resort. Grass is great, water pressure was very low, power was reliable and the site was level. It is well removed from noise and there are very few lights so star gazing is great. It is a drive to even the smallest of grocery stores so stock up before you get there.

This is the second time we stayed at this park. The sites are tight and narrow and many are not level. They have friendly staff, and the sites are well kept and clean. The breakfast was great and it is all in all a good park.

As a previous poster noted this is a very nice parking lot style RV park. Clean, friendly and helpful staff and wide roads. Sites were level, pretty wide and well tended. The dog walk is non existent and amounts to any alley way full of broken glass, debris and burrs.

This is a nice KOA but the sites are too narrow for rigs with slide outs. The first site we were assigned wouldn't work because the slide outs on the 5th wheel next door were over the line onto our spot. This is another of those strange door to door setups and you feel crowded. A large Class A parked adjacent to us and promptly took over the entire site laying claim to both tables and dragged a third in to cook on. These types of inconsiderate jerks make enjoying a park more difficult. Friendly staff, great food and the site seeing is second to none. We would stay here again if we could get a single site otherwise no.

This is a nice park overall but offers little shade and the winds were too high for the awning. Friendly staff and the sites were pretty level and good sized. We were told the water pressure was high and to use a regulator. We use one so no problem there. A clean, well kept park plus a friendly staff.

A former KOA park, this park is nice, clean and has a very helpful and friendly staff. The sites are plenty long but a bit narrower than some. It is the first park we've stayed at that has door to door parking. We felt it took away some privacy and room. I see the economics (fewer power and water runs). The site was slightly not level left to right but good front to rear. We will stay again on our next trip.

This RV park is a KOA and is by far one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed at. Wide sites, great views, great staff, tons of trees and grass, good Wi-Fi, recently paved roads, great laundry room and nice walking paths. The signage does suck and thankfully our GPS had it listed so we found it with ease. I believe this was once a 55 plus park and might still have that legacy. I do know it is a recent addition (2009) to KOA. I do have one gripe. The W-iFi was fast but the inactivity time out was very short. So much so that it timed out while typing this review!! This was not enough of an issue for me to lower it from a solid 9 as the owner promised to address it ASAP.

A very nice RV park. We had a river front site and the view out the back window was great. It was quiet, peaceful, with pleasant hosts and a fun nature walk. Totem poles are all over the place and while we were there they had a planting ceremony. Only have two small complaints. The roads are bit narrow for longer rigs and they are constantly watering the grass. Sprinklers soaked the ground and anything left on the patio.

This is a park that is well worth your money! If you couldn't fit a 40' into your site something is wrong. A 38' foot was right next to us and had a vehicle parked front and rear. We had room to spare, and friends parked behind our rig while we were parked in front. Cable reception and Wi-Fi was great and the $10.00 donation for the show was worth it. The store, pool, laundry, goofy golf, dog park were very well maintained. The maintenance folks were mowing every day and were by far the most friendly and helpful staff we have come across in a long time. Most sites had nice fire rings and either a picnic table or a nice patio table and chairs. We will stay here anytime we pass through Nashville.

This park is in no way up to KOA standards. The sites are not level and are sloped, and the asphalt is worse than old 66. Water pressure was low and we could not wait to leave. We dropped the landing gear and jacks and pulled up and out early. The counter person was more interested in his bowl of stew than checking us in. There is no on site store to speak of. We won't be staying here again and have e-mailed KOA about it.

Nice park with good sized sites. Clean and nicely maintained. Staff was friendly and there is a lot of room to roam around. Nice store and the pool was great. no cable but we picked up over 16 channels without raising the antenna.

A typical KOA, clean and well laid out, friendly staff, level sites, dog run etc. We enjoyed the limo ride to the Big Texan and really did not notice excessive road noise and only a couple of A/C on approach but is really not an issue for us. We will stay here again on the return trip.

We stayed here in 1991 and loved it then. When we decided to go to Albuquerque on this trip this was the R.V. park we headed for. Outstanding staff, nice store, level sites, Wi-Fi and cable. They have a great breakfast for $14.00 with some seriously good chili. Honestly, it would be hard to choose a favorite between this KOA and Las Cruces KOA. This one has more trees and is quiet and peaceful. My only knock is that the site we were in had some branches a little too close for comfort. Otherwise a 10!

Overall a nice older park with good views. Clean, neat and a friendly manager. Being in the Southwest, stickers are inevitable but there seems to be little or no effort to contain them. You cannot walk your dog in any grassy areas without them getting stickers. No WiFi is my only other complaint.

Gravel, gravel and more gravel. Even the tent sites are gravel! The pull through sites are not all level and of course are gravel. Even the dog runs are gravel!! The park is clean and well laid out. It has an almost sterile feel as it is completely void of grass or shade. But it does have lots of gravel. We won't be staying here again.

Wow! Talk about an R.V. park with friendly service, great management, clean, and well laid out! You have great views of the city and mountains. Sites are well groomed, plenty wide and long enough for Class A's with towed cars. Our 5th wheel fit nicely with plenty of room to park the truck. Roads are raked and smoothed daily. Cable, Wi-Fi, a nice dog walk and many other amenities make this a favorite of ours and we stop here every time we pass through.
